Suggested Use for Naughty Boy Menace Pre-Workout
Mix 1 serving 14g (1 slightly heaped scoop) with 200-250ml of cold water and consume 15-20 minutes before exercise. Naughty Boy Menace contains 350mg of Caffeine per serving. Do not consume more than 1 scoop in any 24-hour period.
