Suggested Use

To assess tolerance, mix 7g (1 level scoop) with 250ml / 350ml of cold water.

For advanced serving, mix 14g (2 level scoops) with cold water.

Consume 15 minutes before exercise.

Check scoop size

Dosage on my tub is 1-2 scoops of 9.5g size per scoop. First time I took it, took two scoops and it gave me palpitations. Reduced to one scoop after that. Later checked the scoop, and saw faint markings for 5,10,15. Weighed a full scoop and it was over 15g. I had accidentally given myself a triple dose, trusting their scoop. Moral is check the scoop size.

Works well, tastes pretty good (sour gummy).
