We don't use any artificial preservatives, flavourings or colours. Lo-Dough is suitable for vegetarians, and GMO, dairy, nut and soy-free.

Lo-Dough even uses certified gluten-free wheat fibre, meaning you get all the benefits of fibre without the detrimental effects of gluten. This makes Lo-Dough incredibly unique because most gluten-free products contain more carbs than their glutinous counterparts.
