When Should I Enjoy My Shake?

Casein is best enjoyed in the evening, about 30 minutes before bed, or between meals. Simply add one rounded scoop to 300-360ml of water (add less water for a creamier texture, or more water for a lighter texture). You can also mix it with milk or your favourite drink.
