How to take Impact Whey Isolate

It is recommended to consume Impact Whey Isolate either before or after a training session or at any time throughout the day to increase protein intake. Suggested Use

Add 150-ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 25g, shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily.
