This product is highly soluble. This makes it perfect for during and after exercise. Therefore, allowing for quick high energy levels, and at the same time carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle².

Suggested Use:
