Caffeine is ideal for anyone looking for a high intake of caffeine prior to exercise. We recommend consuming 200mg (1 tablet) 45 - 1 hour before your work-out. Due to its stimulant nature, in order to avoid any issues with sleep, it is best not to take caffeine too late in the day.
Suggested Use
Consume 1 tablet, 1-2 times daily. Do not exceed more than 1 tablet in any 1 hour or 2 tablets in 24 hours.
