MyProtein Arginine AKG 250g

Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is a salt of the amino acid arginine and alpha-ketoglutaric acid.

Myprotein’s AAKG is superior to many other forms of arginine as it is comprised of two arginine molecules attached to one alpha-ketoglutarate molecule.

The standard pre-workout dose for L-arginine is 3-6g. Taking more than 10g of arginine at once could result in gastrointestinal distress.

Suggested Use: Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 1g, shake and consume. Use 1-2 times daily.
